This is a warm weather staple in our house. My son loves it (he is 16 months) but my husband and I have been making it for quite some time now. We usually add chopped up veggies like bell peppers and occassionally carrots. LOVE!
Reminded me of American Chop Suey my Mom used to make when we were kids. Quick and easy to make. It was OK as something different, but will not become a go to recipe.
A great staple, and filling for the points.
