This is easy and delicious. I'm giving it 4 stars with the following modifications: I used Sesame Oil instead of peanut oil, and substituted 8 oz of broccoli slaw for the the bamboo shoots. The sauce thickened up just fine. Delicious!
Simple to make. Even my picky husband liked it.
