Yummy, even if you don't have the right stuff to make it! I just used the veggies we had on hand - thin sliced carrots, zuchinni from the garden, and bean sprouts. Served with brown rice. Family enjoyed it!

This is awesome! But who was the wiseguy that decided we should split 1 3/4 ounces of cashews 4 ways. I like math, but this one stumped me -- I had to go to the internet to find out the best way to figure it was 12.25 grams per serving :-) Make this one - you will like it!
I made this with sesame oil instead of peanut oil due to allergies and this was amazing. This is one of my favorite meals and is worth the extra points for dinner.
