The was a delicious soup, very hearty and filling. Stuck with me along time. It says it makes 6 servings, which would have to 1/2 cup each. While it is low sodium and tasts really good, I was disappointed in the volume it made. Some of the vegetables had to have leached up some of the broth, because mine was only good for 5 1/2 cup servings, none for those 0 point snacks.
I advise it is worth doubling the recipe, if you're cxooking for more than 2 and if you want some for 0 point snacks.
