This was so yummy and quick and easy to prepare. And it satisfied my craving for General Tso's. I doubled the amount of red pepper flakes, because my husband loves his GT spicy...and he loved it as well!
This was my husband and my favorite weight watchers recipe. So delicious and easy to make. The only thing I changed was that I added broccoli at the same time as the chicken. That made it even more filling without altering the points value.
This was very good would not change a thing.
