Not very tasty, weird consistency
My husband and I love authentic French Cassoulet and I made this recipe. It was just wonderful! Very authentic flavor and wonderfully more healthy. Worth freezing away and having often.
Twice the garlic and thyme help the flavor a lot. It's very important to get good sausage too. I'll make this again.
I used Amy's chicken andouille sausage, it gave this recipe a nice kick.
