One of my top five weight watchers recipes! I added a bag of frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, corn and green beans) instead of chopping the carrots and celery. I also left the skin on my potatoes. The portion size is satisfying.

This dish is delicious! Used 2 cups leftover chopped turkey and mashed potatoes from Christmas dinner, and added about 1/4 cup peas. Both my husband and I loved it, will be making this one again!
