Delicious. Substituted bun for 1 slice of lightly toasted bread and ate as open face. Suggestion - the olives were really unnecessary to the overall flavor, and as they're worth 1 point you can easily leave these off and not miss them. We roasted the red pepper ourselves instead of buying canned. Cut red pepper in half, remove seeds, brush with olive oil and place in pre-heated 500 degree oven until skin is blistered. Then peel skin off and slice for the burger - WAY better than canned!
