I only used a 1/4 of an onion & it was still WAY too much. I think it would have been great without. Blech.

Awesome! Very easy to make and everyone requests the recipe!
I think this calls for too much onion- the onion flavor was very strong, so next time I will use only 1/2 onion. I also added a little lemon zest and juice to brighten the flavor a little.
