I love these pita pizzas! I put whatever vegetables I have on hand on them. Tonight will be zucchini, onions, garlic, tomatoes and peppers. They are quick and easy to make.
This was so good and more satifsying than I expected! I think kalamata olives would be a great addition to this recipe - just to kick the flavor up a notch!
Excellent. Used fat free ricotta. Less feta cheese which was also reduced fat. Sprinkle a teaspoon of basil infused olive oil over the spinach that was frozen but I quickly sautéed before adding to pizza.
