Have made this about 4 times. I make 6 sandwich fillings and froze 4 this time. Freeze them in waxed paper or parchment on top of foil and close tightly at the top. Remove the foil and it's ready for the micro. Warm biun added afterward. I think this is a big job to make with all the slicing, chopping and browning but well worth the 6 delicious meals!!!
