I swapped the measurements for the mayo and sour cream as I like my salad with a little tang to it. I also used green onions rather than red, and dill rather than sweet relish and the end result was a wonderful macaroni salad! A keeper!
Very good!! Serve this a many parties and everyone loves it.
I will make this again. It doesnt have as much dressing as the usual high fat recipe, but I really liked it.
I grated the carrot and added a stalk of diced celery. I also added some chopped fresh parsley and 1/4 tsp celery seed. I used 2 cups of dry macaroni to start.
