I thought these were very bland and not appetizing at all. Was pretty upset I wasted time making a double batch. They need more sweetness.
These little muffins are a little tough (maybe that was my fault) but still really yummy! I froze them and pull out 3 at a time for breakfast.
I love this recipe. I've made it many times. It's wonderful to bake them and freeze in a ziplock bag. In the morning just take out the desired amount and they're thawed in minutes. Great for traveling or at home.
These muffins are so delicious and satisfying. The first recipe that I do not need to alter.
