I didn't have quite enough dijon mustard on hand so I supplemented with some extra honey mustard and the results were delicious. My husband raves each time I make roasted/baked potato wedges. You can make them in so many different ways.
These are AMAZING!!!! They are so flavorful, I didn't need to dip them in anything. I didn't have (and don't care for) rosemary, so I left it out. They are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside
