This recipe came out awesome-- my new go-to. I opted to have mine naked with some fresh raspberries on top. I think next time I might try replacing the lemon juice with mango nectar to make mini mango cheese-cakes-- would be great with some fresh strawberries on top!
The crust did not stay formed very well. Otherwise tasty.
This recipe has become a stable for a few holidays and special occasion times. Everyone loves them, even non-WW'ers. I have changed the topping a few times from cherry, to nothing, to lemon, to chocolate. All have been wonderful.
