I love this recipe! Very clear, all i added was two shakes more cayenne pepper for a kick and a tsp of salt.
Absolutely delicious and just hot enough for me who is more of a mild spice kinda gal. very easy to make and the portions are quite generous for the points. My husband who does not diet or substitute for healthy alternatives even liked it a lot
0ne of the best things I made..portions are large. Substituted carrots and zucchini for celery and green pepper. As well as paprika for cayenne pepper. Used Italian flavor canned tomato. Added some cilantro at end.
This was delicious!!! It turned out kind of soupy so i might drain the tomatoes or use more rice next time.
