This was awesome!! My family loved it!! I am thinking of trying a dipping sauce of some sort next time. I couldn't believe how tender and juicy the chicken was. I didn't have any buttermilk but I found a recipe that show that you can take a tablespoon of white vinegar and put it in a 1 cup measure and then add enough milk to make 1 cup. Then you leave it sit for 5 minutes and you have buttermilk. Then you use however much the recipe calls for. It worked amazingly!!
