I made this last night for dinner with a few adjustments. I sauteed the onions in a tablespoon of butter, skipped the wine and used 3 Vidalia onions. I also added 2 slices of thin cut provolone.
Super easy to make and delicious. I used less onion and a little more cheese. Came out fabulous.
Since we tried this soup it has become a weekly lunch for us. It's very easy to make and doesn't take a lot of time!
Easy, few ingredients and packed with flavor!!! A must try!
