Super easy and yummy! I added minced garlic to the sautéed onions. I used low-fat mozzarella cheese and fat-free, low-sodium beef broth.
I liked this, it was easy to prepare and flavorful. Putting parmesan cheese on top was essential, and I added more salt at the end. I didn't put the toast in, and still enjoyed it.Very good for leftovers!
I made this last night for dinner with a few adjustments. I sauteed the onions in a tablespoon of butter, skipped the wine and used 3 Vidalia onions. I also added 2 slices of thin cut provolone.
Super easy to make and delicious. I used less onion and a little more cheese. Came out fabulous.
