Recipe made as written: excellent meatballs! The neutral taste of these balls make them perfect to pair with spaghetti, teriyaki or bbq sauce. I finely diced the onion and pressed the garlic clove, and then carefully measured out each ball with a cookie scoop to a count of ~58. I had no issue with raw or crunchy onion. The beef bouillon was a neat addition and added a lot of flavor. This recipe is a keeper and will definitely go into my recipe rotation.
