I made this recipe yesterday and my family gobbled it up! I made a couple of changes to the recipe like others had suggested. I used whole wheat flour instead of white, coconut oil in place of canola, and I added a teaspoon of vanilla and cinnamon and a dash of nutmeg! I also made 12 medium sized muffins rather than a loaf so I could keep portions in check. I definitely will be making this recipe again! it's nice to be able to make a healthier choice for me and my family!
