Spicey! My hubby liked the spicey, for me I would have toned it down and used Truvia brown sugar.
Did not care for this recipe at all! Chili powder & cumin does not go with the pork well at all. Won't be making it again.
Great flavor! I cooked it a little too long so it ended up a little dry, but it was still really good! I'll definitely be making this again!
I forgot to mention in my earlier rating that I make this delicious rub with a reduction in the Cumin. I only use 1 tsp Cumin, instead of the 2 tsp listed on the recipe. My husband and I think it tastes better this way.
