These turned out really well! I substituted a lot of the ingredients and they still turned out delicious!
I used I can't Believe It's Not Butter instead of butter, I used gluten-free flour instead of regular all-purpose, and I used a Splenda brown sugar mix instead of regular brown sugar. The color isn't quite as golden as a normal chocolate chip cookies, but the taste is still there! Now my cookies are Gluten Free and Dairy Free! Yumm!
