This was delicious! Prepared it exactly as called for (with wine subbing in for broth) and let the wine cook down by itself for just a minute after removing the mushrooms. Decadent - did not feel like something this low in points!
This is one of my favorite recipes! I add a little extra splash of Balsamic and then cook it a few minute all together in one pot (instead of just topping the chicken). What's great is that I heat the leftovers the same way and it tastes like I just made it! I have added tomatoes to this dish as well...for variation.
Super easy and tasty! I added fresh basil and spinach at the very end.
LOVED this and was easy to make. However, it really stinks your house up when the balsamic and mustard reduce on the stove. Almost a toxic smell. Although, I don't have a hood over my stove so I'm sure that made a big difference.
