Great low carb dish, I used dry wine instead of chicken broth and broccoli as veggie.
balsamic vineger chichen is sweet from the way it is cooked with a balsamic falvor. The mushrooms are a wonderful bonus. Moderately easy to make.
If you have a glass top, cook top, besure you clean it as soom as it has cooled.
This was better than I anticipated. I added 2 tablespoons of chopped sundried tomatoes as well as salt and pepper to taste. I served it over plain brown rice with lightly salted steamed asparagus. I will definitely make this again.
