Excellent. I had a left over NY strip steak and I threw that in the pan and topped with mushrooms as well. Definately will make this again!

Whole family loved this recipe! Tasty and filling! I did make a few changes as suggested in other reviews. Marinated chicken in the fridge for 1 hour prior to cooking. Chicken required much longer than 3 mins on each side. Also substituted white wine for chicken broth. I served this with steamed broccoli for very low point meal. Would be very good with rice or mashed potatoes also! Husband (non WW) requested this one go into regular rotation!
tastes great easy to make, 1tbls of oil is hard to do for cooking chicken you have to cook slow
