I can't believe how good and filling that this quiche was for the low point value! This makes a great dish for any meal, and it shares many common ingredients with other recipes.
I wasn't able to find phyllo dough, but I found a similar pastry dough in the frozen bread section at the store. I didn't have egg substitute, so I used 2 egg whites. I also didn't have evaoprated milk, so I used 2/3 cup of skim milk. Everything still came out perfectly.
