Very GOOD! I added a dash of Cayanne Pepper. and it went great with Blackened Tilapia.
This was fantastic, I followed the recipe as written. A nice mix of sweet, and tangy with a tiny bite from the jalepeno. Great accompaniment to the roast chicken.
We made this as a side dish to a Cuban lime pork chop recipe. It complimented perfectly! I left the hot stuff out so the kids would eat it, which worked very well.
This was awesome! I added some fresh pineapple as well. I made a lot of this and have been eating it with every meal for days!
