Took a bit to prep but well worth the effort. I ended up with about 12-14 pancakes. Used a small skillet. Worth the effort in my book.
I love these! I substituted reduced sugar almond milk for the buttermilk. I will definitely make these again. They work great as a tasty, filling breakfast!
I didnt like it but my grandmother did.
Tastes great! Added a little non-fat milk to thin.
