These are absolutely delicious. I added abourt 1/2 tsp more pumpkin pie spice & a small amount of chopped walnuts. After cooking the entire batch, I individually wrapped each pancake in plastic wrap, placed them in a freezer plastic bag & froze them. In the mornings I unwrap 2, microwave for about 20-30 seconds, then put in the toaster to finish reheating. I serve with 1 TB light maple flavored syrup (1 Point) instead of the powdered sugar.
