I've made these pancakes several times now. I use the back of my 1/4 cup measuring cup to spread the batter out a bit. I don't thin the batter out with water. Just be patient and don't turn the temp up too high. For an indulgence, instead of powdered sugar on top, I spread one tablespoon of hazelnut spread on top. This made it more points, but hey, that's what indulgence is all about, right?
