Very tasty! They're more dense than the usual pancake because of the amount of pumpkin. So, it seemed to work best to cook them over lower heat (3 on scale of ten) for a longer time. Recommend!
Not too sweet. I substituted pumpkin spice for nutmeg and still turned out great!
