8 oz uncooked 99% fat-free ground turkey breast

1 item(s) egg white(s)
|
|
|
1/8 tsp ground cumin
|
|
|
1/8 tsp dried parsley
|
|
|
1/2 tsp mustard
|
|
|
1/8 tsp black pepper
|
|
|
1/8 tsp chili powder
|
|
|
1/8 tsp table salt
|
|
|
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
|
|
|
1/4 small uncooked, onion(s)

1/2 cup(s) cooked instant oatmeal

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with Olive Oil spray. Mince onion and add to medium sized mixing bowl. Add all other ingredients to the same mixing bowl. Mix well and divid into 18 small meatballs
