Ingredients

1 1/2 cup(s) uncooked steel cut oats   
  1 cup(s) canned pumpkin   
1/3 cup(s) packed brown sugar   
1 tsp ground cinnamon   
1/2 tsp ground cloves   
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg   
  2 cup(s) fat free skim milk   
2 1/2 cup(s) water   
1 tsp vanilla extract   
1/2 tsp table salt   

Instructions

  • Mix ingredients and bake in a sprayed 9x13 at 375 for 35 min. Stir, let cool. Scoop out one serving and heat in the microwave. Top w/a little almond milk, brown sugar and chopped walnuts. (Add point plus values)

This recipe is wonderful! The oatmeal has a wonderful taste, chewy texture, is easy to make, and is veryfilling. I froze the remaining into individual servings for an easy breakfast. Recommend this recipe highly.
