I love love love this recipe. When I need a quick bite I have them in the refrigerator and it takes 10 seconds in the microwave for them not to be cold. Easy to prepare, they are extremely satisfying. And, I don't feel like I am miss out on one of my favorite high-caloric intake foods. Yum!
Made these for a party...They were lovely and everyone loved them. But be careful not to overbake. They could become a little dry.
These were really great! Easy to make and so delicious. I also made a batch with ham, reduced fat cheddar, and tomatoes in place of the zucchini, parmesan, and basil. They were a huge hit.
