Does anyone know how much a serving is??
I have also put a spin on it and steamed a 1/2 cup of brown rice and added to my 1 cup of "vegetables" to make it a little more hearty on those days when ya' just NEED it. :)
Took a little longer than 30 minutes to chop ingredients by hand but easy to assemble. If you like tomatoes (oh, yes) this may be for you. Nice flavor and using tomatoes as a power food, this is the recipe is filling as well as tasty. ee
