Delicious, and no trouble halving recipe. Easy to adapt to what is on hand: substituted mushrooms for artichoke hearts, red onion for scallion, fresh red pepper for roasted. Omitted water as others have advised. Used skim milk in lieu of cream cheese; will try Greek yogurt next time. Salt, pepper, and dill for seasoning. Highly recommend using silicone muffin pans -- a worthwhile investment for this recipe alone.
