Everyone raves about these whenever I make them. As others have mentioned, I leave out the cream cheese. I've made it both ways and cannot tell the difference so it's much easier to make them without it. also, the recipe I have calls for 1/2 fluid oz of water (i.e. Tbsp), not 1/2 CUP.
Finally, I always make 12 instead of 16 servings (again, much easier since I once have one 12 count muffin tin).
