I loved these...I am actually eating one right now. I did tweek the recipe a bit. Instead of spinach I made zucchini ribbons with my spirilizer. I also did not have artichoke hearts or red peppers so I diced some heirloom peppers. I keep extra home made tomato purree and pesto in ice cube trays in the freezer for quick recipes to I popped two pesto cubes and on tomato puree cube in a ramakin into the microwave for 45 seconds and whipped them into the recipe. I shipped the cream cheese. Delish!
