1/3 cup(s) Hodgson Mill Steel cut oats
1/3 cup(s) fat free milk
1 large banana(s), Chopped, Apple also works
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 packet(s) SPLENDA® SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener
1/3 cup(s) fresh blueberries, Cranberries also work
1/8 tsp table salt, Just a pinch
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl mix all ingredients. Spray a 4-6 inch ramkin or other baking dish with cooking spray. Pour all into ramkin. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Turn oven to broil and broil until top is brown.
