This ended up right nice. Like another reviewer, I added a teaspoon of vanilla. It's moist and sweet and not as dense as I was afraid it would be. I didn't bake it for the full hour - if I had, it would have burned. I also used pecans because I don't like walnuts. Not as good or as light as my go-to WW banana bread, but it'll do. Also, I figured out how to get 18 slices: cut into thirds, then cut those into thirds, then cut the slices in half crosswise.
