Tasty, great for a winter evening. And quick, if made with canned pumpkin instead of fresh. Just dice the garlic and simmer it in the soup a little longer.

This was a very earthy roasted tasty soup. As I did not have fresh sage, I used grounded sage. I would you less the next time I make it. I served with a TBS of fat free sour cream and some chives on top. Sure warmed me up on a bitter cold day.
