This turned out very good - I think the mustard and sprinkle of cayenne add an unexpected dimension to the flavor of this soup! I used fresh broccoli and half the cheese (because I only had full-fat cheese on hand), and I puréed some of the broccoli.
A family favorite. We love it.
This is super easy and really good. I used an immersion blender on a portion of it to get a smoother consistency, but left larger pieces of brocolli to have something to bite into. My kids like it, too.
A fabulous and filling soup. I added a third box of broccoli (so 30 oz total) and it was nice and thick. Also added alot of salt and pepper, and used chicken bouillion for more flavor.
