Ingredients

  2 cup(s) cooked black eyed peas   
  1/2 cup(s) uncooked scallion(s), 4 ea thinly sliced   
2 small uncooked shallot(s), sliced into thin rings   
  1 medium green pepper(s), seeded and chopped   
  1 rib(s) (large) uncooked celery, thinly sliced   
  1 medium plum tomato(es), chopped   
3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar   
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon   
1/2 tsp dried marjoram   
1/2 tsp dried thyme   
1/2 tsp table salt   
1/4 tsp black pepper   
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce, 2 to 4 dashes tobasco   

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well. Serve at once or cover and refrigerate. To create a dip place in food processor or blender. Also works well as a salad dressing. 1/4 cup = 1 Points Plus 1/2 cup = 2 Points Plus
