This soup was just as yummy as all the reviews said! I wasn't the most mindful of my lunch points so I wanted something filling but light on points for dinner last night. Ended up putting a ton of cabbage, leftover frozen veggies (string beans, carrots, broccoli, snap peas), spinach, and the rest of the recipe. I also added about 7oz of chicken breast (sauteed with 1bsp olive oil first) for some protein.
