1 cup(s) Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze®, Ad 1 cup (240 mL) Unsweetened Vinilla or Cholocate   
  1/4 cup(s) fresh blueberries, Add choice of fresh fruit; I like blueberries and   
  1/4 cup(s) strawberries, Add 4-5 ice cubes, blend well and enjoy

These are so yummy and filling. I also add one serving of mixed dole fruit and it is so yummy. my husband does one scoup of chocolate one of the vanella and adds 2 bananas. so good. Call me 615-895-6817 if you want more info on the product. satisfied my sweet tooth I do not want anything sweet during the day. sometimes I have one and sometimes I have two in the day if I am busy and on the go with kids and work

I added a handlful of Kale to it and only used about a half cup of plain almond milk, but I did not add an vanilla or chocolate flavor though
