15 oz canned pumpkin
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
6 Tbsp SPLENDA® Splenda sugar blend for baking
1/2 cup(s) Bisquick® Pancake & Baking Mix Heart smart mix
3/4 cup(s) Egg Beaters Egg substitute
8 serving(s) Publix Fat Free Soft Cream Cheese
- Preheat oven 350%
In large bowl mix all ingreadients with electric beater until well blended.
Pour batter into a pie plate that has been sprayed with floured baking spray.
Bake for 45 minutes or just until puffed and center is dry. Do Not overbake. Cool completely and refrigerate about 3. hours.
