I love this recipe and my family doesn't recognize that it's quite healthy!

This was delicious and very filling. The chicken breasts were enormous. I served them with baked zucchini and finergling potatoes. I had 3 whole potatoes cut in halves and according to the Points Plus scale they counted as 2 points. The whole dinner was 8 points and I was stuffed.
