Ingredients

  1 item(s) Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English Muffin   
1 pattie(s) Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Turkey sausage patties   
  1 large egg white(s)   
1/4 serving(s) Archer Farms Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, a 1/4 serving is based on a serving of 1oz or 28g   
1/8 tsp table salt, For egg, probably less to taste   
1/8 tsp black pepper, For egg, probably less to taste   

Instructions

  • 1. Slice English Muffin. 2. Season egg white with salt & pepper to taste and mix whisk with a fork. 3. Heat turkey sausage patty in a pan or microwave until heated through. 3. Cook white in pan 5 . Toast enlgishmiffin halves to liking 6. To build sandwich place 1 half of the english on a plate, then top with egg white, turkey sausage patty, and cheese, cover with other half of english muffin.

not a bad sandwich...to avoid eating two make sure you have fresh fruit with your meal

I actually made this up myself, and then saw the receipe so I was already eating them before I joined WW. I don't use any cheese, but add about 1/2 tsp of a butter/olive oil spread we make to toasted english muffin. One is plenty for me!
