Ingredients

1 can(s) canned condensed cream of mushroom soup   
  2 breast(s) uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s)   
1/2 cup(s) uncooked white rice   
  1 medium uncooked, onion(s), Chopped   
2 Tbsp lemon juice canned or bottled   
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce   
2 cup(s) water, warm   

Instructions

  • 1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot and spice as desired with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 2. Place chopped onion and uncooked rice on top of the chicken. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the soup, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and warm water. 4. Pour liquid over chicken. 5. Cook on Low for at least five hours. Check halfway thru cooking time to see if you need to add more water (depends on rice). Suggestions: -add fresh mushrooms -leave out the rice and serve the chicken over cooked egg noodles.
