I am a huge fan of chickpeas because they are so versatile. I used a 15oz can of unsalted chickpeas and fat free feta. Couldn't get any usable parsley where I am, so I skipped it. So my resulting recipe is somewhat different but not crazily so. I thought this was an okay dish, but not something I will keep in a regular rotation. Flavorful with good ingredients, but the lemon juice was overpowering.
