Ingredients

  6 chop(s) uncooked lean boneless pork chop(s), Season with sea salt and pepper and original Mrs.   
1/2 cup(s) French's Spicy brown mustard, Add to crock pot   
1 cup(s) apricot jam   
1/2 cup(s) water, Add to crock pot   

Instructions

  • Add all ingrediants to crock pot and cook on high for one hour and then low for approximately 4 more hours until tender.

These were very good. I followed the directions but I made only four pork chops. Next time, I will cut back a little on the water, mustard and apricot preserves. I think the trick is buying nice lean and well trimmed center cut boneless chops. I recommend this recipe to everyone.
