I love this recipe! It's a little time consuming, but worth it. Even my picky sons love it. I usally triple this recipe and portion the leftovers out for easy lunches. On step 3, I only cook the broccoli for 1 or 1 1/2 minutes because I find it gets a little soggy if I cook it for 3 minutes since it cooks further while the sauce is thickening. This recipe is one of my staples when I'm REALLY on-plan.
