I like these almost as much as "real" french fries. I add garlic powder and parmesan at halfway point. They don't even need ketchup.
These are yummy
These turned out great. I sliced them a little thinner. Ended up with about 20 fries per potato. I blanched them first, dried them and let them cool, them baked them. They turned out really crispy, but yum yum.
This has become a family favorite. We also tried with sweet potatoes and they are good as well.
