This is a great way to make steel cut oats. I used sugar free maple syrup and left out the salt, cranberries & almonds and used more cinnamon with a little Splenda. Points value for 3/4 c - 4. My husband & I both liked it. He wanted to get a bowl in the middle of the night because it smelled so good in crock pot. lol... Will add apples or berries when I warm it up each day for no added points. Only cooked on low for 4 hrs next time will do 3 1/2 hrs.
