These were amazing, and so easy to make. Comments at dinner included "best scallops I've ever tasted."
Took the scallops out while the sauce reduced, very light and tasty!
I substituted scallions for shaollots.....delicious.
I cook scallops a lot and this recipe is awful. The scallops were bland and the sauce did not thicken until I added cornstarch. I will return to my go-to recipe for this dish and save points elsewhere during the day.
