This was an absolutely delicious way to prepare Brussels sprouts. I love the flavor from roasting them, and the sauce is wonderful. The perfect balance of sweet and tangy. I did not add all the salt - only a few shakes of sea salt while the sprouts were roasting, along with some pepper. I also used sugar-free syrup, and did not expect the sauce to thicken. They came out perfect. Easy, wonderful way to prepare sprouts. I will be making these often!
