I've grilled flank steak a thousand times, so marinade was what I wanted to try here. This was disappointing. Flavor good, but too "wet" with vinegar to grill effectively. More oil on the meat would enhance grilling.
Good flavor, but one serving left me still very hungry afterward.
This was good, but not as flavorful as I would have thought. My recomendation with the redwine vinegar and oregano is to dd a tablespoon of low or nonfat feta to really give it a zing and medeterranean flavor.
