Excellent and very filling!
Cooked it on my George Foreman grill and it came out great. My family enjoyed it too. I was worried it would not fill me up, but it did.
I did just as directed and it was still tough and not very flavorful. Would not make again.
Forgot to add that I just used a regular lean beef tenderloin and cut it into fillets. Flank was expensive in comparison. Being winter, I cooked everything on an iron skillet.
