This is a great recipe, and my husband loved it too. As lurlene_tx1505 said back in September: This is not the same as the book's version, which is 4 Points Plus. The book's recipe calls for FOUR 5-oz. chicken breasts, 2 sun-dried tomatoes packed in water, and fat-free feta. Everything else is the same including the directions.

The "Ready Set, To!" cookbook lists this as 4 points per serving....why is it listed here as 8?

Fantastic. My husband and I tried this for the first time and really enjoyed our meal. We made the spinach and mushrooms as a side and it really complimented the chicken. Cook time was a bit longer than was stated.
